Kirby's first Christmas was a blast!

Kirby didn't think Jim's "Didn't you hear, they cancelled Christmas this year..." was very funny.

Look who's home! Kirbs loves her new house. It's so fun to open and shut and open and shut and open and shut and open and shut the door!

One of the Mudd family Christmas traditions...matching jommies. completely obnoxious, but always good for some Christmas Eve laughs!!

OK, Court. Here's your completely random Kirby fix :)

Sweet Maria takes Kirby for long walks, and this time Molly got to go, too! Maria said that Molly did very well - she sat on the foot of the stroller for the entire hour long walk...sweet ole Molls looks so cute in her pink sweater.

Kirby LOVES the horns on the Baby Einstein dragon.
Kirby and Mr. Lion have long talks these days :)

Six months old!!

I am six months old, and I am SOOOO big! It took my mommy forever to snap this picture, because the lights on the Christmas tree and Molly are so much more fun than her silly faces!


Mommy just had to take pictures of me in my cute Christmas pjs...I tried to explain to her that it was WAY to early for cameras. I mean seriously, how would she feel if I started snapping pictures of her as soon as she got out of bed?




Now I'm ready for the camera...thanks for the beautiful dress, Nana! I was by far the prettiest baby at church today!!!

Kirby says...

Da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da...all day long and even wakes up in the middle of the night to say it some more.

Turkey Day in SA

I had so much fun with my family in San Antonio! As you can see, I am sitting very well...

My cousin Hadley was very sweet to me - here she is giving me a big hug!

Nana was so happy to have her girls in town!!

Getting Stingy with the Smiles

Kirby's stranger anxiety has set in...new faces make that lip quiver like crazy. We're not big on crowds these days either! Fortunately there are some faces that bring out that big smile we love so much!

Annie's the photographer in these pics...she can make Kirbs smile like no one else!


Daddy's always good for some laughs...he's so silly which is exactly why we love him!! We've had the Lily the frog song in our head for 2 days now - "Hola, soy Lily..." The frog sings in English, too, but the Spanish song is much more fun!

My weekend

My Annie and DonDon met Mommy and Daddy on Thursday night, and I got to go with them to Beaumont, TX!

I had lots of fun with Annie on Friday - I went to visit my Aunt Kathy and Melanie, and then Mom came over to play with me. I love her so much - she talked to me and played with me and gave me my bottles. I showed her how I can hold it all by myself now!




On Saturday, Annie, Mommy, Daddy and I went to the deer lease to meet DonDon, Uncle Michael, Py and Jacob. I'm not sure what I think about all this hunting mess...I might just leave that to the boys.


Daddy says, "Do as I say, not as I do."

I have been practicing sitting, and I'm getting pretty good at it! I still need some help, but it won't be long before I can do it all by myself!!!

Our precious little fish couldn't take the Houston heat...evidently polyester and 90 degree weather don't mix! Sweet Maria was Kirby's Halloween fairy godmother - she turned this little fish into a princess!!!
